Approach to Therapy
Bethany approaches therapy from a holistic perspective implementing a variety of psychotherapeutic orientations, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She offers a safe place where clients can feel truly seen and known. She loves to walk with clients on their journey toward emotional, mental, physical, relational, and spiritual healing. Bethany believes the Bible is a remarkable guide for getting through life. She is uniquely trained to incorporate faith and Biblical principles into counseling if the client so desires, but she will never impose this on any client.
